Anne Murphy
I enjoy helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and navigate rewarding work and careers. As a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, I am Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Psychology. I specialize in health psychology and professional mental health. I completed my doctoral program at Penn State University and my internship at the University of Delaware. I maintain authorization to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT. I am Level 1 & 2 trained in the Gottman Method and specialize in couples therapy and parenting support. For clients managing medical conditions, I provide evidence-based, non-pharmacological interventions to support health. I approach my work as a psychologist with warmth, empathy and understanding that a client's past experience may significantly influence present day challenges that bring them to therapy. I blend evidence-based plans and interventions with a highly personalized approach for each and every client. As the mother three young adults, I understand the challenges of balancing work and career. I aim to help each client foster growth, resilience and long-lasting health and well-being.
